Upon arrival in Beijing airport or train station, walk to the designated position as shown in the picture. There, you will meet our driver. In case you are unable to see our driver (this has never happened before), we strongly suggest you try the following procedure to get in touch with us. We will do our best to solve your problem on the spot.

Go to the information desk opposite the terminal exit (staff there speak English and are always ready to help), and ask the staff to make a phone call to your guide.

저희 운영 직원과 가이드는 도착 당일 휴대폰 앱을 사용하여 도착 시간을 다시 한번 확인합니다. 실시간 항공편 추적 시스템을 사용합니다. 가이드는 도착 시간 10분 전에 터미널에 도착하며, 도착 후 세관 검사 및 수하물 수취에는 최소 30분에서 1시간 정도 소요됩니다.

항공편 도착 시간이 이르거나 늦으면 어떻게 되나요?

오전 6시 이전 또는 오후 10시 이후에 도착하는 모든 항공편에 대해 운전기사 픽업 서비스만 제공합니다. 저희 운전기사는 경험이 풍부하며 영어가 조금 가능합니다. 고객님과 운전기사 간의 원활한 소통을 위해 운전기사가 중국어와 영어로 된 다양한 질문과 답변이 담긴 이중 언어 안내문을 준비했습니다. 또한, 비상 연락처로 전화하시면 통역 서비스를 이용하실 수 있습니다. 고객님의 문제를 현장에서 바로 해결해 드리기 위해 최선을 다하겠습니다.

중국에 가져갈 수 있는 무게는 얼마인가요? 그리고 무게 초과 시 추가 요금은 얼마인가요?

국제선의 일반적인 무게 허용 한도는 20~40kg입니다. 국내선의 경우 20kg입니다. 무게 초과 시, 총 항공료의 1.5%가 추가 kg당 부과됩니다. 항공사에 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 또한, 초과 수하물이나 대형 수하물을 가져오시는 경우, 수하물에 대한 특별 관리가 필요할 경우 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있도록 미리 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.

중국 비자가 만료되면 어떻게 해야 하나요?

중국 비자가 곧 만료되더라도 당황하지 마세요. 저희에게 알려주시고 가이드에게 베이징 출입국 관리국으로 안내해 달라고 요청하시면 비자를 연장하실 수 있습니다. 베이징에 있는 저희 현지 사무소에서 관광객 신분 및 출국일을 증명하는 서류를 제공해 드립니다. 일반적으로 절차는 영업일 기준 3일 정도 소요됩니다.

The hotel pick-up and drop-off area should be within the middle ring road of Beijing. For further distance there might be an extra cost for the transfer. Your travel advisor will give you a notification about this.

If we are not able to adhere to the terms and conditions of the contract due to war, flood, typhoon, fire, strikes, storm, earthquake, or any other unforeseen condition, we will inform customers at the first possible opportunity and offer the best possible solutions. The final bill shall be settled based on the actual services we offer;

Up to 7 days before departure: 100% refund of all monies paid, excluding penalties charged by hotels, railways, airlines, and PayPal, if applicable. All penalties will be itemized.
From 3 to 7 days before departure: 90% refund, excluding penalties charged by hotels, railways, airlines, and PayPal, if applicable. All penalties will be itemized.
Within 3 days before departure: no refund.

We regret we are unable to refund any amount after the tour has commenced for cancelled services due to non-participation, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

For groups of more than 10 people: This is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please consult with your travel advisor regarding the cancellation policy for your group.
